The Client
Our client is a private family office based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), supporting a high-performing founder with global business and personal interests. The office oversees a broad scope of responsibilities including personal operations, travel logistics, and lifestyle services at the highest levels of discretion and service quality. The Lifestyle & Personal Operations Associate will work directly with the founder to ensure seamless management of daily life, offering highly personalized support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and service-oriented professional with a background in luxury hospitality, private concierge, or executive support to join a high-caliber team. The successful candidate will bring a luxury service mindset, exceptional coordination skills, and the discretion necessary to support a prominent individual. With exposure to elite networks and high-end lifestyle management, this role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a more senior position such as Lifestyle Director or Chief of Staff.

The Position
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily personal logistics including scheduling, appointments, reservations, and time-sensitive coordination.
- Manage private and international travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and adjustments.
- Liaise with high-end service providers such as hotels, restaurants, wellness clinics, and luxury vendors.
- Coordinate lifestyle services including personal shopping, gifting, event planning, and property visits.
- Communicate on the founder’s behalf with professionalism, precision, and discretion.
- Anticipate the founder’s needs and proactively ensure all aspects of personal support are handled effectively.
- Provide responsive support during evenings, weekends, and urgent circumstances as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of experience in luxury service environments such as hospitality, private concierge, executive assistance, or lifestyle management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Impeccable discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing change or urgent requests on the fly.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours as required by the founder’s schedule.
- Located in Dubai or open to relocating for the role.
