Finance and Admin Assistant

  • Prior experience across finance, accounting, and admin
  • Work independently in unstructured environments
  • Integrity and proven ability to work in complete confidence and operate with complete discretion at all times
  • Good organizational, possess initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and professional
  • Flexibility to work over and beyond the “job description”
  • Work independently from the Candidate’s home
  • Only Singaporeans

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance
  • Bookkeeping of receipts and payments and liaising with outsourced accounting firm
  • Preparing expenses for payment
  • Payroll and expense reimbursement
  • Simple tracking of investments
  • Properties – income and expense tracking
  • Admin
  • Research and book travel arrangements for family for work and holiday
  • Occasionally assist in interviewing/shortlisting helpers
  • Assist in running errands and arranging repairs for property
  • Other miscellaneous assistance to the family as required
