Full Job Description

  • SEI Family Office Services (FOS) is seeking a Fund Administration Specialist.
  • Our primary goal is to provide exceptional service, by planning and executing onboarding projects, collaborating and documenting reporting needs, conducting employee training, and improving internal processes on FOS technology solutions.
  • This position may be eligible to be performed in a fully remote or hybrid fashion (in the office 3 or more days/week and from a home office up to 2 days/week) and may require occasional travel, within the US, to SEI and/or client offices/events.

What You Will Do:

  • Gain a detailed understanding of the client’s accounting, investment operations & data integration needs, and work with client and internal teams to set up the proprietary Archway Platform software, according to the requirements of the outsourced operations services.
  • Interpret client inquiries, related to attributes of product functionality and reporting needs, then effectively identify and communicate solutions within the Archway Platform.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams, as they begin to actively use the Archway Platform for their data aggregation, reconciliation and reporting operations.
  • Document and develop standard, efficient, automated processes across multiple client teams.
  • Perform integration, reporting, system testing and analysis, including submission and monitoring of tickets for bug fixes and functional enhancement requests.
  • Work closely with other groups within SEI Family Office Services, such as Client Relations, Product Design, and Product Development to communicate client needs and requirements.

What We Need From You:

  • BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • A fundamental understanding of accounting principles and investment terminology.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel & ability to work with large data sets.
  • The ability to comprehend and document business processes and workflows.
  • The drive to monitor multiple client deliverables, without sacrificing quality or timeliness.
  • Strong customer service skills, including written and verbal professional communication.

What We Would Like From You:

  • 5+ years’ Archway Platform experience preferred (ideally in both operations & design).
  • Investment product knowledge especially meaningful.

Pay: $85,000 – $105,000 a year
