Our client is a leading Indian diversified conglomerate with deep roots in textiles, infrastructure, and environmental solutions. Established in 1980, the group has evolved from a textile processing unit in Surat to a multi-sector powerhouse committed to sustainability, innovation, and community development. With a strong emphasis on impact-driven growth, the organization is preparing for a significant strategic leap, including IPO readiness and investment diversification through its family office.
The Opportunity
This unique position offers the chance to work directly with the Promoter and Director, Family Office, on high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, transformation, investing, and family wealth management. The selected candidate will operate across multiple verticals—leading strategic business initiatives, managing IPO execution, and supporting the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across asset classes.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Projects – Promoter Office

Work closely with the Promoter to conceptualize and lead new business initiatives, from idea stage through execution, across growth, new ventures, and business transformation.

Act as program manager for IPO readiness, coordinating across functions including finance, legal, merchant banking, and external advisors to ensure a seamless listing process.

Post-IPO, support the CFO in managing Investor Relations by preparing for analyst calls, earnings announcements, investor presentations, and shareholder communications.

Champion cross-functional high-impact projects that enhance organizational agility, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Family Office & Investment Management

Collaborate with the Director, Family Office to source, assess, and execute investment opportunities across PIPE, VC/PE deals, and public markets.

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of the family’s investment portfolio across diverse asset classes.

Represent the family office at select investment forums, maintain relationships with leading funds and founders, and generate strategic market insights.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications & Experience

6–8 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, promoter office, or family office with exposure to strategy and hands-on project delivery.

Strong background in business transformation, IPO execution, investment analysis, or corporate development.

Prior experience in process-intensive or sustainability-focused sectors (e.g., infrastructure, energy, manufacturing) is advantageous.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Deep interest in investing and an understanding of public and private market instruments.
