The Client
Our client is a private international Single Family Office (SFO) managing the personal and administrative affairs of a prominent family with interests spanning Dubai, the UK, and the broader European Union. With an already established infrastructure and a global team of over 20 professionals, the family office is entering a new chapter focused on streamlining, scaling, and elevating its service delivery across all jurisdictions. The family office supports the daily life, properties, and bespoke lifestyle needs of multiple family members, with a commitment to discretion, responsiveness, and operational excellence.

The Opportunity
This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader to architect and oversee the next generation of the family office. The Head of SFO will lead all personal administration for the family, manage a geographically distributed team, and implement new systems and procedures that enhance efficiency and communication. The successful candidate will be a high-performing generalist and team builder with a deep understanding of complex, multi-jurisdictional family operations. This role is remote, with regular interaction across international time zones, and provides a platform to make a long-term strategic impact in an intimate, high-trust environment.

The Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all personal and operational matters across multiple family members and jurisdictions.
  • Provide strategic oversight and direct management of 20+ team members across roles such as personal assistants, property managers, security staff, household employees, and external service providers.
  • Design and implement systems for internal task management, operational tracking, and cross-border communication to enhance organizational transparency and responsiveness.
  • Oversee acquisition, administration, and maintenance of international residential real estate, ensuring seamless property operations and local compliance.
  • Coordinate and elevate bespoke lifestyle services tailored to the family’s preferences, including travel, wellness, events, and private arrangements.
  • Ensure absolute discretion, security, and confidentiality in all interactions and operations across jurisdictions.
  • Support the family’s evolving needs by proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing long-term administrative solutions.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior family office, UHNW client management, or luxury private service environments, with significant administrative and leadership responsibility.
  • Proven success leading operational teams of 20+ across multiple functions, geographies, and service lines.
  • Fluent in both English and Russian (required); additional European languages are a plus.
  • Highly organized and systems-oriented; demonstrated ability to implement infrastructure that improves service delivery and reporting.
  • Natural leader with excellent judgment, maturity, and the emotional intelligence to navigate complex family dynamics with professionalism and discretion.
  • High integrity, polished communication style, and the ability to serve as the trusted representative of the family to all internal and external parties.
  • Comfort operating independently in a remote role, while effectively coordinating across time zones and cultures.
