Investment Analyst – Family Office

The Client
Our client is a UK-based single-family office (SFO) currently transitioning its structure to the UAE. With a substantial real estate portfolio and a well-established fund-of-funds platform, the family office is focused on building out its investment team to support long-term growth and diversification.

The Opportunity
The family office is seeking a seasoned Investment Analyst to partner closely with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and the Principal in developing and optimizing investment allocations. This role will be instrumental in fund manager research, performance benchmarking, and portfolio oversight across a range of multi-asset strategies. The successful candidate will bring top-tier institutional experience, strong analytical acumen, and ideally prior exposure to a family office environment.

AED 50,000 per month, plus variable

The Position

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and due diligence on fund managers across equities, fixed income, commodities, FX, and other multi-asset strategies.

• Review and assess existing fund allocations, performance, and risk metrics.

• Benchmark investment performance and provide detailed reporting to the CIO and Principal.

• Renegotiate existing fund commitments and evaluate alternative structures for efficiency and alignment.

• Identify and recommend emerging managers with strong risk-adjusted returns potential.

• Support strategic allocation decisions and contribute to the ongoing refinement of the fund-of-funds platform.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience & Background

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in fund selection, due diligence, and analysis.

• Track record with a tier-one financial institution in an international financial center.

• Prior exposure to a family office environment highly advantageous.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong technical expertise in multi-asset investing and manager selection.

• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

• Proven ability to evaluate performance drivers, risk factors, and investment structures.

• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability to the nuances of a family office.
