Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/sales person to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative support.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including clerical and administrative employees
- Develop and monitor office budgets, including expenses and payroll
- Maintain office systems, including phone systems and vendor relationships
- Coordinate and oversee various administrative functions such as payroll, human resources, and medical office management
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Experience:
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage financial resources effectively
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as clerical duties and payroll processing
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office technologies
- Experience in medical office management is a plus
- Excellent vendor management skills with the ability to negotiate contracts effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of human resources practices and regulations
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 4 years (Required)
- Administrative experience: 4 years (Required)

- Spanish (Required)
Pay: $179.99 – $216.77 a day
