Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/sales person to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative support.

Duties:

  • Manage and supervise office staff, including clerical and administrative employees
  • Develop and monitor office budgets, including expenses and payroll
  • Maintain office systems, including phone systems and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate and oversee various administrative functions such as payroll, human resources, and medical office management
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Experience:

  • Proven experience in team management and leadership
  • Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage financial resources effectively
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as clerical duties and payroll processing
  • Familiarity with phone systems and other office technologies
  • Experience in medical office management is a plus
  • Excellent vendor management skills with the ability to negotiate contracts effectively
  • Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of human resources practices and regulations

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 4 years (Required)
  • Administrative experience: 4 years (Required)

Language:

  • Spanish (Required)

Pay: $179.99 – $216.77 a day
