Our client is a boutique advisory platform serving ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families and single-family offices (SFOs) with integrated wealth, tax, legal, and investment planning solutions. The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced wealth advisor to operate at the strategic center of UHNW families, with the trust and access typically reserved for insiders. The successful candidate will advise across estate, tax, liquidity, governance, and investment strategy—leading with insight and precision while managing complexity and family dynamics. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, outstanding project management skills, and the emotional intelligence to build enduring client relationships.

The Position

Key Responsibilities

Wealth, Tax & Legal Planning

  • Partner with attorneys and tax specialists to design integrated estate, succession, and philanthropic structures.

  • Advise clients through liquidity events, transitions, and intergenerational planning.

  • Ensure long-term alignment between client strategy, governance, and financial structures.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the trusted primary advisor to a select group of UHNW/SFO families.

  • Lead family meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.

  • Anticipate client needs and provide proactive, real-time guidance.

Investment Strategy & Oversight

  • Design and oversee bespoke investment strategies across public markets, private equity, real estate, and alternatives.

  • Lead due diligence processes for new opportunities with institutional-level rigor.

  • Coordinate implementation with internal teams, external managers, and legal counsel.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience & Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience in UHNW/SFO wealth management, family office advisory, or advanced financial planning.

  • Proven ability to manage complex tax, legal, and investment planning projects.

  • Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.

Credentials

  • Professional designations preferred: CFP, CFA, CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or MBA.

  • Series 65 required.
