We’re Hiring: Financial Advisor (part-time) | KINGSWAY Family Office – Hamburg

KINGSWAY Family Office, an independent and forward-thinking family office based in Hamburg, is seeking an entrepreneurial professional to support our business line focused on the intermediation of investment funds under §34f GewO. This is more than just a part-time job – it’s a launchpad. We see this position as the first step toward advanced roles within our Investment Office team, with clear opportunities for growth and promotion.
This is a rare opportunity to work with an established, values-driven firm, with a compensation model combining a fixed salary component and a scalable profit-sharing scheme directly tied to your performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide holistic financial advisory services to clients, including consultation services, development of proposals and intermediation of investment funds.
  • Expansion and maintenance of our customer base.
  • Work closely with the Chief Investment Officer to align goals and maximize
  • synergies across the firm.
    Execute the Investment Office’s team business strategy and client acquisition plans.
  • Analysis of performance on financial products and staying up to date with global market trends.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold KINGSWAY’s high standards of transparency and integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • First relevant experience in financial services, investment fund intermediation, or wealth management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
  • Additional qualifications like CFA or §34f GewO permit are a plus.
  • Proven track record of building client relationships and/or conducting a profitable sales role.
  • Strong entrepreneurial and client-oriented mindset.
  • Based in Hamburg.
  • Fluency in German and English. Fluency in other languages is beneficial.
