About Our Client

• Our client is a hugely impressive family office that is looking to hire a Senior Investment Reporting professional for their Berlin office.
• This position will work with a variety of stakeholders and across a breadth of responsibilities such as performance analysis, investment reporting, data analysis, and automation initiatives.
• This position reports directly to the COO and would allow for significant collaboration with investment professionals across the business within a high-performing environment.

What The Job Involves:

• Calculate performance, attribution, and ex-post risk analysis across all portfolios
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting for senior management and clients
• Derive insights from data analysis for the investment team
• Work closely with the asset controllers to maintain accurate and comprehensive datasets
• Develop and implement a data quality and validation framework
• Manage data interdependences, calculation methods and benchmarking frameworks
• Assist with the development of tool landscape, automation of reporting processes

Who We Are Looking For:

• Background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
• Qualifications such as CFA or CPA would be desirable
• Professional experience in a performance measurement or analysis role, exposure to asset management or an investment fund would also be desirable
• Proficiency with IT applications, experience in programming or visualisation tools favoured
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured working style with attention to detail
• Self motivate personally, strong communication and presentation skills
