Senior Trust Officer

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of fiduciary structures (trusts, companies, etc.)
• Collaborating with advisors and internal partners to meet client needs
• Preparing minutes, resolutions, documentation, and payments
• Attending and supporting client and advisor meetings
• Acting as an authorised signatory and ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Supporting financial statement reviews and maintaining accurate records
• Helping identify opportunities for team improvement and consistency of service

What we’re looking for:

• STEP or ICSA qualified (or working toward)
• Experience working with complex fiduciary structures and high-net-worth clients
• Strong knowledge of Guernsey and cross-jurisdictional regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• A proactive, flexible, and professional approach
• A strong team player with a high level of integrity and attention to detail
