The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Family Office Solutions & Advisory Specialist to join our Wealth & Family Office Advisory (WFOA) team in Singapore. This role will focus on delivering bespoke solutions for Asian family office clients and global families establishing Single Family Offices (SFOs) in Singapore.

The Specialist will support relationship managers, clients, and prospects by developing innovative solutions that attract and anchor assets to the Bank. This includes promoting the SFO offering through client engagement and regional roadshows, providing integrated advice, and connecting clients with best-in-class external service providers. The role also serves as the link between relationship managers, clients, and the Bank’s Global Product & Solutions (GPS) capabilities.

The Position

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

  • Contribute to team collaboration and foster a positive, supportive environment.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of expert services.

  • Coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Client Management

  • Partner with relationship managers to understand and meet UHNW clients’ needs.

  • Support RMs in key client meetings and resolve client concerns effectively.

  • Provide integrated client engagement and marketing of the SFO offering, including roadshows across the region.

  • Propose innovative and bespoke solutions while connecting clients with leading service providers (legal, fiduciary, relocation, education, healthcare, technology, etc.).

  • Serve as the link between clients/RMs and the Bank’s Global Product & Solutions capabilities.

  • Support UHNW client acquisition and deepening strategies by collaborating with the UHNW centre of competence and other teams.

Business Management

  • Monitor competitor offerings, industry developments, and service innovations to keep the Bank’s solutions competitive.

  • Provide updates and input for management committees.

  • Support strategic initiatives, project development, and performance monitoring where the team is a product owner.

  • Review practices and processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Regulatory & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.

  • Conduct internal control checks and reporting (ICS).

  • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all activities, including client fairness, conflict of interest management, risk awareness, and compliance with laws and regulations.

Professional & Technical Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or family office advisory within the APAC region.

  • Proven track record providing advisory services to private clients in law, fiduciary, accounting, or private banking.

  • Strong technical knowledge in legal/tax advisory, trust/foundation structuring, cross-border planning, insurance structures, and special finance transactions.

  • Broad financial skills across tax, estate planning, financial planning, accounting, banking, and investments.

  • Experience with pre-IPO trust structuring and business-holding structures preferred.

  • High proficiency in Mandarin strongly preferred, to support Mandarin-speaking clients in written and verbal communication.

  • Strong commercial judgment, business acumen, and understanding of financial markets and products.

  • Able to manage ambiguity while representing the Bank’s and shareholders’ best interests at all times.
