Join a dynamic family office supporting the personal and business affairs of a high-net-worth family. As a Junior Family Office Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities and helping to coordinate a variety of tasks for family members and their business interests.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to family members and senior staff
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
Help maintain records and organize important documents
Liaise with external service providers, vendors, and professional advisors
Support the preparation of reports, agendas, and correspondence
Assist with special projects and research as required
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion at all times
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn
