Wealth Manager – UHNW / Family Office

Our client is a significant challenger institution in the wealth management sector, with a strong and growing presence in the UHNW and family office space. The firm is recognized for its innovative approach to wealth management, delivering highly personalized and sophisticated advisory services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and their enterprises.

The Opportunity
This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced wealth management professional with a proven track record of advising UHNW clients and family offices. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Wealth Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing key relationships and overseeing portfolio analysis, financial planning, and tax structuring. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to deepen and broaden client relationships, while also supporting firm-wide initiatives and mentoring junior team members as part of the continued development of the UHNW/family office platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key UHNW relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Oversee portfolio analysis, financial planning, and tax structuring for clients.

  • Identify and drive opportunities to deepen and broaden client relationships.

  • Support firm-wide initiatives and strategic projects.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting the growth of the UHNW/family office platform.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience advising UHNW clients and families in an advisory capacity (e.g., tax planning, investment advisory, or wealth management).

  • Relevant professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant, CTA, CFP, or CFA.

  • Deep understanding of liquidity events, succession planning, and tax/investment structuring.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trust with UHNW individuals and sophisticated investors.
