Founded by William Rossetter, an accredited M&A professional with over 15 years of experience in deal origination, private equity, and corporate development. Our team is comprised primarily of senior deal origination professionals that have closed more than 25 transactions totalling more than $2B EV. We have 50 years of combined experience in advisory.
