Make an impact with our Family Office Services team as an Associate. The MNP Family Office Services team is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals that works with clients to help them understand the evolution of their wealth and determine the right strategies to achieve their objectives. As an Associate, youโ€™ll be supporting various financial planning and analysis processes for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, business owners, and professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of financial plans and other related analyses for high-net-worth (HNW) clients, along with corresponding reports and presentations with support of Analysts
  • Working with professionals across service lines to communicate relevant information and deliver reports as required
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives and ensuring deliverables, templates, and processes are kept up to date

 

Skills And Experience

  • Holds CFPยฎ (Certified Financial Planner) credential
  • 3-5+ years of experience providing financial planning to business owner clients in a role that involves one or more of the below:
    • Using financial planning software (e.g. Naviplan, WealthPath, Conquest or equivalent) to create financial plans that were expected to be presented to clients by you or other team members.
    • Meeting with clients to deliver financial planning advice
    • Knowledge of financial products and services such as life insurance or mutual funds
    • Accounting-related work experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to work independently
  • Strong time management skills and able to work across multiple projects simultaneously

The annual salary range for this position is: CA$105,000 – $135,000. Compensation is determined based on individual skills and relevant experience.
