About the Role

Hollands Team is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior principals in navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing operational complexity and ensuring the smooth functioning of high-level deal activity, investor relations and market research.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand of our senior leadership team, ensuring that their time, communications and strategic priorities are managed with precision and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary & Travel Management: Coordinate complex schedules across multiple time zones with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring minimal conflicts and maximum efficiency.
  • Correspondence Management: Draft, edit, and filter written communication on behalf of senior leadership, maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all interactions.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, format, and review investment materials, meeting briefs, and internal reports with a focus on clarity and quality.
  • Due Diligence Coordination: Manage logistics for due diligence processes, including third-party introductions, NDAs, and secure information sharing between advisors.
  • Ad Hoc Research & Administrative Support: Conduct targeted research and perform administrative tasks to support ongoing deals and relationship management, adapting to shifting priorities as needed.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in financial services, legal, or professional advisory environments.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interest in technology and private markets is advantageous but not required.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior leadership.
  • Professional discretion and the ability to manage confidential information effectively.
