Arden O’Connor established the O’Connor Professional Group to support families and individuals facing various behavioural health challenges, including addiction, mental health issues, eating disorders, and developmental difficulties, among many other diagnoses. Motivated by her own family’s experiences with recovery, Arden is dedicated to guiding families through the often disjointed treatment system to achieve positive outcomes and foster healing.
Arden is an alumna of Harvard College and Harvard Business School. She remains heavily involved in community activities and has served on the boards of the Winsor School Corporation, the Harvard Club of Boston, the Massachusetts Association of Mental Health, and the Harvard Business School Alumni Association of Boston.
O’Connor Professional Group delivers customized behavioural health services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and employers. Our multidisciplinary team includes nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, and licensed clinical professionals serving clients internationally. Whether facing serious mental health challenges, such as a recent bipolar diagnosis, or navigating ongoing wellness issues like a child’s struggle for independence, we provide expert support.
Additionally, we collaborate with family offices, trust companies, independent trustees, and wealth managers to handle sensitive client situations with care and expertise. Our goal is to provide compassionate, effective solutions tailored to each unique circumstance. Our team remains active with several organizations, including the Ultra High Net Worth Institute and Collaboration for Families Flourishing.
