I bring more than 20 years of leadership experience at the intersection of governance, technology, and operations. As CEO, COO and board member of a multi-jurisdictional family office under FINMA regulation, I built and managed finance, compliance, regulatory and IT security frameworks, as well as operational infrastructures across several subsidiaries.
Alongside this, I founded Initcon, an advisory firm specialising in IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, supporting clients in regulated environments to strengthen resilience and continuity.
