Roxana knows firsthand how to navigate the nuances of operationalising strategic directives in a family business context, having led corporate strategy for a fourth-generation family office with a diversified conglomerate of businesses and investments across the United States and the Caribbean.
She’s a partner and fractional COO at Regenera, which co-founded the first institutionally backed financing platform for rooftop solar in Mexico, funded by a US family office and a regional development bank. Roxana also sits on the board of a first-generation family-run business that is pioneering a regenerative approach to organics management. She began her career at Cleary Gottlieb in New York, where she led business development in Latin America.
Through Mogote Family Advisory, Roxana serves families who are conscious that they have an important role to play in the climate transition yet are struggling to make meaningful progress towards their goals and desired areas of impact.
