  • Bourgeois Boheme financial services are provided by Moorwand Ltd (FRN: 900709) in the UK, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and by HARMONIIE SAS in the EEA, an Electronic Money Institution (Licence No. 89589) regulated by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR).
  • Client funds are held in safeguarded, ringfenced accounts and are never mixed with operating capital. These funds are held with tier-one banking partners and protected under strict regulatory frameworks in the UK and Europe.
  • In the unlikely event of insolvency, client money remains protected and recoverable. While Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs) are not covered by deposit guarantee schemes like traditional banks, safeguarding rules offer a comparable level of security by ensuring funds are kept separate and cannot be claimed by creditors.
