WIZE provides an all-in-one asset and wealth management solution to fund managers, family offices, independent asset managers, securities traders, and private banks.
How does WIZE work?
WIZE offers fully web-integrated asset and wealth management software as a solution(SaaS) that is hosted on Teamwork’s private and secure cloud. It offers boasts the following features:
1. Compliance, including onboarding, KYC/CRM, documentation profile checks, risk profiling, etc.
2. Portfolio management
3. Order management
4. Client focus, including mobile tailor-made reporting, secure e-banking access and mailbox, and client accounting.
5. Admin and back office
How much does WIZE cost?
WIZE’s pricing model is AuM based and has a floor of $250 million.
Disclaimer
1. Simple (”Promoter”) is not a current client of WIZE by TeamWork.
2. The Promoter and WIZE by TeamWork have entered into a separate written agreement (the “Agreement”) pursuant to which the Promoter refers potential investment advisory clients to WIZE by TeamWork. Promoter will receive a $200 fee for each introduction it makes to WIZE by TeamWork.
3. You are not paying any fee directly to Promoter for referral services, and WIZE by TeamWork has not increased its fees to any firm to facilitate its payment of compensation to Promoter.
4. A material conflict of interest exists on the part of the Promoter because the Promoter receives compensation for soliciting or referring potential clients to WIZE by TeamWork. The Promoter has an incentive to solicit or refer you to WIZE by TeamWork, or to indicate its approval, support, or recommendation of WIZE by TeamWork or any of its directors, officers, principals, or employees, because the Promoter receives a fee for every introduction it makes to WIZE by TeamWork.
